Yard Sign Hunters is the ultimate community-driven platform designed to connect eager bargain hunters, estate sale enthusiasts, and local shoppers with real-time neighborhood events. Powered by crowdsourced data, the app takes the guesswork out of weekend shopping by mapping out garage sales, estate sales, and local pop-ups based on real-world yard signs spotted by users in their own communities.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

• If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. 

• Listings are provided "as-is." 

• We are not liable for any inaccuracies, property damage, or incidents occurring during travel to or attendance at sales. 

• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate community standards.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

• You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. 

• If you are under the age of 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the app, and you are strictly prohibited from posting sale listings or pin locations.

3. Third-Party Platform Framework

• You acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions are concluded solely between you and the Company, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. 

• The Company, and not the respective app stores, is solely responsible for the software, content, maintenance, and support of the Service. 

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple Inc. and Google LLC have no warranty obligations or liability whatsoever with respect to this Application.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) License

• Because Yard Sign Hunters relies on crowdsourced information, users may upload photos, descriptions, and location pins. 

• License Grant: By uploading photos or sale descriptions, you grant Yard Sign Hunters a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, distribute, and host this content to facilitate the core features of the app. You represent that you own all rights to any photos or content you upload.

• Strict Abusive Content Policy: Apple and Google maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. You agree not to post any material that is defamatory, offensive, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit. 

• UGC Enforcement: We reserve the right to review, moderate, and immediately remove any listings or map pins that violate community standards.

•  Any user who uploads objectionable content or engages in abusive behavior will be subject to immediate account suspension and a permanent ban within 24 hours.

5. Interactions & Personal Safety

Yard Sign Hunters facilitates the discovery of physical, real-world sale locations. 

•  At Your Own Risk: We do not vet, background check, or verify the safety, legitimacy, or identity of any sale location or user. You agree that your travel to and attendance at any physical sale location found via the app is entirely at your own risk. 

•  Safety Guidelines: You are solely responsible for your personal safety. Entering a stranger’s home, yard, or garage carries inherent risks. Trust your instincts; if a location or conversation feels suspicious, leave immediately. Report any suspicious or predatory behavior to local law enforcement and notify our support team.

• Limitation of Liability: Salas Family Enterprise, LLC is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, theft, vehicular incidents, or disputes occurring at or during travel to a physical sale location.

6. Prohibited Items and Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that harms the integrity of the platform. 

• Prohibited Listings: Users are strictly prohibited from creating map pins or listing items for the sale of firearms, ammunition, weapons, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, live animals, hazardous materials, or recalled items.

• Community Integrity: Users must post truthful information and are strictly prohibited from creating fake or malicious sale pins.

• Anti-Scraping & System Abuse: You may not copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the service via automated or non-automated "scraping." Using automated systems (including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers") to extract data or harvest personally identifiable information from the service is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized data extraction causes irreparable harm to the Company, and we reserve the right to seek all available legal remedies, including statutory damages and legal fees.

7. Future Features & Communication

• Yard Sign Hunters reserves the right to add communication features (such as in-app messaging) in future updates. 

• All user interactions, whether in the present or future, must remain respectful and free of solicitation or harassment. 

• Harassment, hate speech, or offensive language will lead to immediate account suspension. 

• Messaging is strictly for discussing yard sales; spam or phishing is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property & Liability

• All platform content, graphics, app organization, design, compilation, and code are protected under proprietary intellectual property laws. The copying, redistribution, or publication of any part of the service without our express written permission is strictly prohibited. 

• In no event shall Salas Family Enterprise, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Subscriptions and Billing

• Yard Sign Hunters offers a free, ad-supported tier as well as premium paid subscription tiers (e.g., monthly and annual plans) that grant access to advanced features, including the removal of third-party advertisements.

• Store-Managed Transactions: All subscription payments, billings, cancellations, and renewals are handled securely and exclusively through the third-party app stores (the Apple App Store via Apple Inc. and the Google Play Store via Google LLC). By purchasing a premium subscription, you agree to abide by the respective app store’s terms of service and payment policies.

• Refund Policy: All financial transactions and refund requests are governed entirely by the rules of the platform from which the app was downloaded. Yard Sign Hunters does not directly process refunds, manage billing disputes, or store your credit card information.
